In today's episode, I have the privilege of sitting down with Mercedes Stahlberger, Entrepreneur and Owner of Lady and the Vine, a catering company out of the Napa Valley, and The Wine Lover's Jelly, a hand-crafted, state-of-the-art jelly made from refurbished wine.
In this episode, Mercedes talks about the process of making The Wine Lover's Jelly, the variety of different jellies available, and the partnerships and expansion that she is experiencing having only been making The Wine Lover's Jelly for a little over a year now.
